This sports center is well facilitated and has swimming pools, a games hall, squash courts, an amenities hall, a cafe and a gym. The Action Zone gym has 80 workstations and is one of the biggest and best-equipped gyms in the west of Scotland. Being the center of activity, there is always something happening. Boxing, aikido and karate, trampoline, thai boxing, gymnastics, badminton, sequence dance are some of the sports activities that are happening here.
